Gourmet Recipe

1

Lion's Mane Powder

Lion’s Mane Tea
Add powdered Lion’s Mane to hot tea or coffee for an easy supplement. Avoid adding it to boiling water; wait 30 seconds after boiling to prevent burning. Its mild, chocolatey flavor pairs well with sweet drinks or blends seamlessly without altering the taste.

Lion’s Mane Coffee
Enhance your coffee with a nutrient-packed blend. Mix 1 tsp Lion’s Mane powder, 1 tsp cacao, 1 ½ tsp cinnamon, and a dash of honey or syrup. Add to hot milk and coffee for a flavorful boost.

2

Oyster Mushroom

Sautéed Oyster Mushrooms
Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and slice. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook mushrooms in a single layer for 3 minutes without stirring to caramelize. Stir and cook 2 more minutes, add wine (optional), and cook 2 additional minutes. Stir in garlic and parsley, cook 1 minute, season, and serve.

Lion's Mane Mushroom

Potato-Based Lion’s Head Mushroom Soup
Sauté onion, potato, and garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Add Lion’s Mane, broccoli, salt, and pepper, stirring occasionally. Prepare stock with 1 cup boiling water and add to the pot with additional water. Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30-40 minutes. Add harissa or soy sauce for flavor, season with salt and pepper, and garnish before serving.
